Getting started

Download ZatZim from the App Store or Google Play, then create your account:

  1. Open the app and tap Sign Up.
  2. Register with your email and a password, your phone number, or continue with Google or Apple.
  3. Add your name and, when prompted, allow location so we can show services near you.

💡 Allowing location is optional — you can always type your address manually — but it makes finding nearby providers much faster.

Booking a service

Step by step
  1. From the home screen, browse categories or use Search to find the service you need.
  2. Open a service to see the price, description, and provider details.
  3. Tap Book Now.
  4. Choose your date and time.
  5. Set the service address — tap Use current location, pick a point on the map, or type it in.
  6. Add any notes or add-ons, then review the price summary.
  7. Choose how you'll pay and tap Confirm Booking.

You'll get a confirmation and the provider will be notified. You can view the booking any time under Bookings.

ZatZim supports two ways to pay:

Tracking your booking

Open Bookings to see the status of every job — pending, accepted, in progress, or completed. Tap any booking to view details, the provider's info, and your payment summary.

Chatting with your provider

Once a booking is active you can message the provider directly in the app to share details, directions, or photos. Open the booking and tap the chat icon.

Please keep all communication and payments inside ZatZim. It keeps you protected and gives us a record if anything needs to be sorted out. You can report or block a user from the chat screen.

Ratings & reviews

After a job is completed, you'll be invited to rate your provider and leave a review. Honest reviews help your whole community choose with confidence.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel a booking from its detail screen. Depending on timing and the provider's policy, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds for eligible card payments are returned to your account. For full details, see our Refund & Cancellation policy.
