Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for the most common issues. If these don't help, contact support.
Login & sign-up
- Double-check your email and password. Use Forgot Password to reset if needed.
- If using Google or Apple sign-in, make sure you're signed into the right account on your device.
- Check your internet connection and try again.
Location & map
If Use current location or the map doesn't respond, or the address won't set:
- Make sure location permission is allowed for ZatZim in your phone's settings.
- Turn on your device's Location / GPS.
- If you previously denied the permission, enable it in Settings, then reopen the app.
- You can always type your address manually instead.
💡 On iPhone: Settings › ZatZim › Location › While Using the App. On Android: Settings › Apps › ZatZim › Permissions › Location.
Notifications
Not receiving booking alerts?
- Allow notifications for ZatZim in your phone settings.
- Make sure Do Not Disturb / Focus mode isn't blocking them.
- Stay signed in — notifications are tied to your account.
Payment problems
- If a card is declined, check the details and available balance, or try another card.
- Make sure you have a stable connection when confirming a booking.
- If you were charged but the booking didn't confirm, contact us with the date and amount.
App updates
Keep ZatZim updated from the App Store or Google Play for the latest fixes and features. If something looks off, updating to the newest version often resolves it.
