If Use current location or the map doesn't respond, or the address won't set:

  1. Make sure location permission is allowed for ZatZim in your phone's settings.
  2. Turn on your device's Location / GPS.
  3. If you previously denied the permission, enable it in Settings, then reopen the app.
  4. You can always type your address manually instead.

💡 On iPhone: Settings › ZatZim › Location › While Using the App. On Android: Settings › Apps › ZatZim › Permissions › Location.

Notifications

Not receiving booking alerts?

  1. Allow notifications for ZatZim in your phone settings.
  2. Make sure Do Not Disturb / Focus mode isn't blocking them.
  3. Stay signed in — notifications are tied to your account.

Payment problems

App updates

Keep ZatZim updated from the App Store or Google Play for the latest fixes and features. If something looks off, updating to the newest version often resolves it.
