How money flows on ZatZim — for customers paying and for providers getting paid.
Customers can pay by card in the app, or by cash directly to the provider when the job is done. You choose your method when confirming a booking.
Card payments are processed securely in the app at the time of booking. ZatZim does not store your full card number — payments are handled by our payment processor.
With cash, you pay the provider directly. The app keeps a record of the job and each party's share so everyone's earnings stay accurate.
ZatZim may take a commission on each completed job; the rest is kept by the people who did the work. If your rate is set to 100%, it means ZatZim is not taking a commission from you. In simple terms, each role's commission percentage is what that role keeps. When a job involves both a provider and a professional, the provider's share and the professional's share are tracked separately so each person sees what's theirs.
💡 Providers: your Total Earnings / Net Earnings figure already reflects your kept share after commission — it's your real take-home.
Completed earnings are paid out to the bank account you've added in the ZatZim Partner app. Your Payouts screen shows your payout history. Make sure your bank details are accurate so payouts arrive smoothly.
If you're eligible for a refund on a card payment, it's returned to your account. Timing and eligibility depend on the situation and the provider's policy. See the full Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
